RETURNS AND ORDERS

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!

We accept returns or exchanges.   Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 30 days. You can make an exchange or receive a refund to the original payment method.

Conditions of Return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returned items must have tags on them and must be returned in the original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

I do not accept cancellations.

Custom orders are to be paid in full at time of order. Order details will be sent for confirmation and for final approval.

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Most items ship within 1-3 business days.

Larger custom décor will need an extended design period.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the USPS. We can not send refunds or replacements for items lost by USPS or marked as delivered to the wrong place, these issues are completely outside of our control. All orders are sent with a tracking number for your convenience.
